Presented below are the last version (1999) of CADMAC Measurement and Evaluation Protocols (Protocols) adopted, and revised over time, by the California Public Utilities Commission. Since the information in the most recent Protocols had become somewhat dated as time has passed, an additional document is supplied (below the Protocols) summarizing subsequent additional information pertaining to the Protocol appendices that may be of interest.
